1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Xopic Events, all payments made toward a booking are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Clients may request a change of event date within 30 days after signing the contract. Any date change is subject to venue availability and must be confirmed in writing.

2. Terms & Conditions

By booking with Xopic Events, clients agree to the following terms:

• A signed contract and initial payment are required to secure a date.

• The venue rental includes the items and services specified in the contract (e.g., venue use, chairs, tables, security, and cleanup).

• Any additional services must be requested and agreed upon prior to the event.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that guests follow venue rules and regulations.

• Xopic Events reserves the right to refuse service in cases of non-compliance with policies, unsafe behavior, or damage to property.

3. Privacy Policy

At Xopic Events, we respect your privacy.

• Personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and payment details) collected during the booking process will be used solely for communication, reservation management, and payment processing.

• We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

• Data is stored securely and only for the duration necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

• Clients may contact us at any time to request updates or removal of their personal data.

4. Service Delivery Policy

All services provided by Xopic Events take place at our venue located at 13788 Roswell Ave, Chino, CA 91710.

• Venue rental includes 7 hours of use, Chiavari chairs, tables, on-site security, and post-event cleanup.

• Access to the venue will be provided at the time agreed in the signed contract.

• The client must vacate the venue at the end of the contracted rental period. Additional time may be available at extra cost if arranged in advance.

• Services are considered fully delivered once the event is completed as agreed.
